Injured

My Neck is extremely pain his few days

its been the fourth day already

at first i cant turn to the right

then i cant bend my head down

but now

i cant even bend my head down to write..!!!!

its so painful

even like now

i just bend abit to type

its painful as well

what happen to my muscle???

i still have a final to fight for

but today i went and see doctor

the doctor helped me to do some physical massage therapy

feels better

but it still hurts a lot once i stretch my neck to the right side

i can feel the ache between my shoulders

even like i just sit down now to type

omg~

its PAINFUL....!!!

what happen to me?

its burning there.

when only this type of suffer gonna end???

i still need to study for finals leh

anyway, sure it'll heal one day
